Stir miso paste, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, ginger and honey in a bowl until well combined. Add ramen noodles (discard seasoning pouch).
Slowly pour boiling water over top. Immediately cover with plastic wrap or a plate. Let stand for 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Uncover and stir to combine. Garnish with baby spinach, coleslaw, green onion and sesame seeds.

Tip: Customize with any of your favourite traditional ramen garnishes such as a soft cooked egg, roast pork, sautéed mushrooms, sliced chili pepper, hot sauce etc.
